Local sessions for Pontypool and Cwmbran. Park right outside. No joining fee. No pre-booking. Pay as you go. No boxing experience required. Train in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Stick at it and the weight falls off, your body shape changes and endurance and fitness levels greatly improve.

Mens Classes

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 6pm - 7.30pm (1 and half hour session)
  • £5 per session - (pay on the night)

Womens Classes

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 7.30pm - 8.30pm (1 hour session)
  • £4 per session - (pay on the night)
Boxing conditioning sessions. For cardio, endurance and weight loss.
  • Circuit training & conditioning (similar to HIIT -High Intensity Interval Training).
  • Ground work concentrating on core abdominal strength
